We also booked A kid from Staten Island that plays in the twins organization and was the twins minor league player of the year his name is Zack Granite - he will be Saturday also

We have done some of these names in the past before they hit the major leagues, like Delin Betances, Joe Panik, Mason Williams, LJ Mazzilli

It's fun doing these guys before they hit the majors because they are just happy to see there fans and there is no pressure

This kid has two suspensions due to failed drug tests. Rehab or not, one more failure and he'll be lucky if he hits the minor leagues again.

And great successes with Panik, Bentances..and, a pretty good one with Williams.
Mazzilli was free and has the right name...so, a good fit to join his Dad.
Ryan, if you could only get Bob Kusava...

HA, mr. gzman, HA I say, the laugh is on you my good man. A couple of years ago I made a few capocollo and olive loaf sandwiches, put a pair of relatively clean drawers in the same bag along with a toothbrush that already had toothpaste in the bristles and loaded up my 1950 Mercury lead sled. Since the promoters were too intimidated to get Bob Kuzava I figured it was my mission to go get him myself. The drive from NY to Michigan is unpleasant in the sense that Pa. is soooooooooo long east to west. Did I mention that seemingly every cop in a troopers car stopped me on some premise or other so they could look the car over? Zero tickets later I reached the Kuzava abode and explained my somewhat misguided mission through a closed door to THE MAN HIMSELF!!!!! After calling his neighbor over to get my license, bring it back to her house to copy it on her new fangled printer machine she has hooked up to the world wide inter webs she came back to sit with us all after he let me in. Bob Kuzava, who I feel hasn't been given a good enough look over by the HOF, signed everything I had, gave me a cup of tea and a piece of cake and chatted for a good while until I got up to go. Very lovely man and a good baseball memory. Interestingly, you just can't find any capocollo in Michigan in order to make return road sandwiches.

Reader, nice to read a positive post from you-of course, even a positive post lends doubt to the readers mind whether the story is authentic or not...of course, I hope it is,and, you can actually share more details of the journey...if it is not, alas, a post from Reader that is not dripping with biting, mean spirited sarcasm is a breadth of fresh air.
Here is to looking at the glass half empty...perhaps Mr. Kuzava would journey to the MAB show in January if he was picked up at his home and brought to the show.
Ironically, the currently elusive Mr. Chris Potter seems to have been the only one in recent times to have has a paid signing with Sargent Bob.

Jimmy, for what it's worth no one except CSA had Favre in yet and nobody local since the HOF announcement. I know he's a big ticket guy but anyway that you guys would consider him next year?

just stupid money .... this man gets that money for 2 hours .... how did we as collectors let this happen? and the sad and stupid thing is we pay it. .... o well I for one vote not to bring him in.. if not one pays those prices then they will have to lower them .. from a promoters stand point how do you make any money on these guys.?????

I can`t write what Moose told me on the golf course back in 1997 lets just says he used more colorful metaphors then a Richard Pryor concert when asked about football players and signings ....

So my vote is no stay away from him if collectors want him try fhof next year someone is bound to take a chance on him....
