According to google maps, the 2 events are 4 miles apart in White Plains. I guess depending on the signing times, you could hit both shows if you desire.

To me, whoever has the better list of names isn't as important as who's offering the better pricing for those names.

A guest idea for an offseason show...

I know you guys agreed that Butch Wynegar would make for a good freebie guest for a future show. He currently coaches for the Bradenton Marauders in the Florida State League. He does live in PA so should be fairly easy to bring him in to an offseason show (Hofstra October?)

Of course, Wynegar caught Dave Righetti's no hitter 35 years ago on 7/4/83. With Righetti no longer coaching for the Giants and with a more flexible schedule, he would surely make for an extremely popular guest.

I only need Wynegar (last of the no-hit and perfect game catchers and pitchers) for my piece; however, I think a show with both Wynegar and Righetti would be popular and positively received. Thoughts?

MrJeter I'm behind you 100%. Butch Wynegar and Dave Righetti would be awesome at Hofstra along with another name you brought up in another thread, Bob Wickman. Maybe someone at JPs will listen.

Another Yankee no hitter pitcher that no one brings up and seems to get little support around here is Andy Hawkins. He pitched the only no hitter loss in Yankee history. I think he’d also make a cool and different guest.

Thanks for trying. Any reason given for his declining? Was it just a scheduling conflict, pricing, or do you think he’d be a possibility in the future?

I would think that inviting him the same weekend as a few close former teammates would be a creative way to entice him further.

From what he told the person we use he had no interest.

Not that I need him, but Berra isn’t listed on the website.

Any other updates on your plans for additional autograph guests for this show?

Thank you.

Jimmy and ryan if there are no more new adds can you say which direction your trying to reach our for? Like yankees baseball hall of famers? George Brett Bill Mazeroski or Pat Gillick would make my day 😁
