Barris that's hysterical. You won't see an update until mid to end of February.

I wonder what the thought process was when they both bumped their shows up to March. Either way, the hobby loses when stuff like this goes down. It’s a shame, some of us make an effort to support both shows. At this point, I’m absolutely in for GTSM for Sunday. Christian McCaffrey is on my list.

A post made around 10am this morning

I’ve avoided posting in the CSA threads for about 6 months now, but I’m posting now, because for once this issue is extending beyond CSA. My comments this time are not just aimed towards CSA, but towards MOST promoters. This first quarter of 2019 has to be the worst I’ve ever seen with the procrastination, and there are very few exceptions. Some promoters who have been great with getting announcements out promptly in the past (obviously not CSA) are joining the club of proscatinators this round. The few exceptions to rule have gotten my business this month.

If you have a group of names to announce at 10am on Friday, WHY are you waiting until Monday to make announcements ??? The show is 70 days away, people need notice, if you have confirmed guests just freakin announce them !!!

Nobody cares about announcements being made in “waves” except maybe the promoters. Nobody else cares if you name guests one at a time or whatever it may be, we just want as much notice as possible when a guest is confirmed, because that one guest just may be the one we’ve been waiting for (and are willing to travel for). Stop trying to look cute with your  announcement “waves”, because nobody is impressed.

For the record - the last time I got an autograph or photo op from a CSA show was in Oct’16, and I’ve gotten 100+ since then...so thats what happens when you don’t give adequate notice on your lineups. If I’m one of kind it’s no big deal, but if I’m not, that’s a lot of lost revenue from something that is really easy to fix....

6pm ET and only Pedro Sierra announced......

Meanwhile GTSM NJ has a stacked lineup on the same weekend.

Not good.

THEE BIG ANNOUNCEMENT which your customer base has been anxiously awaiting... aaaaand it's one athlete. Hysterical! I am curious if this company realizes how much revenue they have lost due to shitty marketing! Incredible business model.
